We can give HOPE to GFPD Warriors!

I started running last November, after spending most of my life (I am 61) having no confidence, feeling so rubbish at PE, Sports and running. I ran after being inspired by my friend Donna who showed me how much it helps your mental well being. I have run regularly to now being able to do 5K from nothing! I have fallen in love with running. Then I attended the GPFD conference in the USA this summer. I presented at this conference. It was INCREDIBLE and touched my heart. Running is something I now know I can do and I can also raise money for this amazing organisation. It's the first time I have ever done a fundraiser, another first! Any small donation is appreciated towards reaching my goal.
