- Hi! Thank you for looking at our fundraising page. We are excited for this year's event! Jaley was diagnosed with Zellweger syndrome at 15 months old and our lives were changed forever. The GFPD is such an awesome organization that has been a huge source of help for our family and other families like ours. We are so thankful for them and all they do.
